For our pizza nearly all ingredients are imported from Italy. We use a special flour mix with a high proportion of whole grain from the northern region of Italy for the dough. Our Mozzarella and our tomato sauce is produced in Italy. Our high-quality prosciutto di parma is ripening 18 months, in the Parma province, before it comes on our pizza. Our pizza comes with Italian mozzarella and the dough has very little yeast, so it does not sit heavily on the stomach.
